• - Technical support of network and system services to our cooperate customers
• - Administration of wide range of Cisco routers and switches
• - Coordination with Telco and upstream service providers in order to resume services in the shortest time frame

• - Diploma in IT or above

• - Project Engineer in service provisioning of IPVPN contracts.
• - Liaise with customers, internal departments, vendors and partners on service provisioning process.
• - Ensure the provisioned service is up to customers' requirement.
• - Customer's primary point of contact and serve as support to the Sales
• Force throughout the provisioning process.

• - Higher Diploma or Diploma holder, preferable in Computer Science or related discipline.
• - At least 1-2 years experience in I.T. technical support
• - Familiar with computer network & IP based products.
• - Experience in project management, network operations / provisioning, and external customer interface.
• - A good team player with outgoing, presentable, aggressive and highly self-motivated characteristics.
• - Ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously.
• - Fast learner with ability to work under pressure.
• - Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• - Holder of MCSE or CCNA would be an advantage

• - Degree holder with at least 4 years experiences in ISP/IT/Telecommunications industry or strong MPLS-VPN, IP-PBX, IDC & Broadband knowledge.
• - Proven record in accomplishment in product development with success stories in new product launches. With good exposure in Greater China market.

• - Outstanding presentation, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• - Proficiency in English, Mandarin, & Cantonese.

• - Help to manage the existing product & service portfolio(UTM, MPLS VPN, IDC hosting & IPT) to meet the P&L target.
• - To study, source and evaluate new IP technologies and solutions to enhance the existing product & services portfolio.
• - To liaise with other departments to provide configuration guides, product support and internal technical training.
• - To manage vendors on technical features, commercial terms, service level and back-end support.
• - Collect Sales and customers feedback to continually improve the product features.
• - Support account team in providing the professional consultancy for those ad hoc custom-made solutions selling.
• - Formulate the product development strategy with regional management team & work out the implementation details.
