Job Descriptions
  • - To build and develop long-term relationship with our valued customers.

  • - Occasional travel in Greater China for regional opportunities.
  • - New account acquisition, key account management and assistance in project delivery.
Qualifications
  • - Higher Diploma or above.
  • - 2-3 years of IT sales experience. More experience will be considered for more senior post.
  • - Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • - Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.

  • - Project Engineer in service provisioning of IPVPN contracts.
  • - Liaise with customers, internal departments, vendors and partners on service provisioning process.

Qualifications

  • - To liaise with other departments to provide configuration guides, product support and internal technical training.
  • - To manage vendors on technical features, commercial terms, service level and back-end support.
  • - Collect Sales and customers feedback to continually improve the product features.
  • - Support account team in providing the professional consultancy for those ad hoc custom-made solutions selling.
  • - Formulate the product development strategy with regional management team & work out the implementation details.
