- - To study, source and evaluate new IP technologies and solutions to enhance the existing product & services portfolio.
- - To liaise with other departments to provide configuration guides, product support and internal technical training.
- - To manage vendors on technical features, commercial terms, service level and back-end support.
- - Collect Sales and customers feedback to continually improve the product features.
- - Support account team in providing the professional consultancy for those ad hoc custom-made solutions selling.
- - Formulate the product development strategy with regional management team & work out the implementation details.
