Customer Referral Program

Customer Referral Program is designed to reward Diyixian existing customers that refer new and qualified customers to us.

Diyixian manages all activities associated with closing the deal and providing customer rewards under the Customer Referral Program.

Program Details
Diyixian will reward our customers cash coupon(s) from the designated merchants* based on the monthly charges of the referred services. Referrer can enjoy the flexibility to choose cash coupons from up to any three of the designated merchants.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants must be Diyixian's existing customers.
  2. Referrers are not eligible to claim referral bonus when referring their own company, employer or subsidiary (including multiple websites) to Diyixian.
  3. The referee must commit to a minimum one-year service term with Diyixian.
  4. Any referee must not be a Diyixian customer at present or in the past.
  5. The referrer should complete and sign the Referral Lead From in person and email/fax/mail to us.
  6. Referrers who have discontinued their Diyixian services are ineligible to join the program.
  7. If the referrers' information is unclear or are ineligible at the time of referral, the referrers will not be able to enjoy the offer.
  8. A referral cash coupon redemption form will be emailed/faxed/mailed to the referrer 1 month after we have closed the deal within 90 days.
  9. The cash coupon is redeemable with the referral cash coupon redemption form at Diyixian Hong Kong office at Tsuen Wan. No delivery service will be provided.
  10. Diyixian reserves the right to replace the cash coupon by another merchant of the same value if stocks run out.
  11. Diyixian makes no accountability or warranty as to the quality, operation, usage and liability and trademark ownership of the redeemed gift.
  12. In cases where multiple referrals for the same customer are submitted to Diyixian, the referral cash coupons will be awarded to the first lead received and closed by Diyixian. Only one referral per new customer.
  13. Referrer can choose cash coupons from 2 or 3 designated merchants if the cash coupon amount is $1,000 or less or $3,000 respectively.
  14. Diyixian reserves the right to deny referral cash coupons for services contracted more than ninety days after referral.
  15. Referral cash coupons are offered only after the full payment is received from the client and only given in January, April, July and October each year.
  16. The monthly charges will be calculated in HK dollar. If the referee request to be billed in RMB or Taiwan dollar, it will be converted to HK dollar based on the foreign exchange rate in the currency market when receiving the cash coupon request.
  17. Referral cash coupon cannot be claimed in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  18. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Diyixian promotion offers.
  19. Diyixian employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this referral program.
  20. Diyixian reserves the right of final discretion should any disputes arise.
  21. Diyixian reserves the right to discontinue this privilege or modify its terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
