Lap Man
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Lap Man, is one of the pioneers in Hong Kong's booming Internet industry. A young and dynamic entrepreneur, he oversees the corporate direction, strategic development and management of DYXnet. Man was named “2011 The Excellence in Achievement of World Chinese Youth Entrepreneurs” & “Capital Leaders of Excellence 2009” by Capital Magazine for his outstanding business achievements, excellent leadership and innovative business philosophy.
Under Man’s leadership, DYXnet has grown since its 1999 inception to become a leading Greater China ICT service provider with operations in 51* major Asian cities. DYXnet serves 700 cities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Vietnam, including more than 7,600 MPLS VPN clients’ sites, and hosts more than 7,800 clients’ servers.
Prior to founding DYXnet, Man was one of the founders behind the success of LinkAGE Online, one of Hong Kong's first and well-known corporate ISPs. Before its acquisition by PSINet in 1998, LinkAGE Online was the largest corporate Internet Service Provider in Hong Kong, taking over 35% market share of Hong Kong corporate Internet market.
Lap has been working in the Internet industry since 1995 and is among the first generation of entrepreneurs to enter the market in Hong Kong.
Man graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree in Japanese Studies. He was first exposed to the fascinating world of the Internet while on an exchange program to Sophia University, Japan in 1993.

Max Yeung
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer of DYXnet, Mr. Max Yeung plans and develops the overall networking and technical direction of the company.
He leads a team of engineering professionals at DYXnet's Network Operations Centre to ensure reliable network performance. He also plays the role of network architect in the design and future development of the company's Greater China network. Under his leadership, DYXnet has built a robust network infrastructure that is specifically engineered to enhance Internet performance.
Prior to joining DYXnet, Yeung played a leading role in Network Operation for LinkAGE Online. There he was responsible for backbone engineering, system administration, traffic monitoring and evaluation of networking devices such as switches and routers, as well as the development of switching systems and operations support systems.
Mr. Yeung played a role in the successful establishment of the advanced IP-optimized ATM / Frame Relay networking architecture, which provides guaranteed standards and reliable performance. This network, which can also accommodate other IP-based Internet applications, pioneered the standards and technologies that built the modern Internet. Yeung is credited with the development of solutions that overcame critical network technology barriers.
Mr. Yeung graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering.
Ravic Li
Managing Director, China
Ravic Li, Managing Director of China, develops strategic plans and guiding business direction for the operations in China.
As the co-founder of DYXnet, Ravic were responsible for business development, marketing promotion and sales management throughout the early stages of the company. In 2004, Ravic established the IP Call Centre in the Greater China regions, integrating DYXnet’s networking and communication solutions.
Prior to joining DYXnet, Ravic served as the General Manager of Product Management and General Manager of Sales for LinkAGE Online. As the leader of a sales team of over 40 people, he was in charge of developing core internet solutions for Hong Kong. Ravic has also led efforts to formulate strategic partnerships with systems integrators, computer vendors, network carriers and distributors. He was instrumental in introducing and implementing the ISO9000 quality standard for the company.
Ravic has also served as an Analyst Programmer II in the Information Technology Services Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
Ravic Li holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Business Management Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, which he received in 1994 and 1995 respectively. Besides, he also obtained a Global Executive MBA from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in 2006.
Chris Chen
General Manager, Taiwan
Ms Chris Chen is the General Manager of Taiwan and is responsible for general operation as well as business development in Taiwan.
Ms Chen joined DYXnet in 2000 and is a veteran Marketing Professional. She has been managing the company's marketing strategies and product development in Taiwan for the past 6 years. She is a core member of the DYXnet Taiwan management team which is in charge of the company development in the Taiwan market.
Prior to joining DYXnet, she was playing a key role on website development & management in Yam.com, which was a famous online publication and advertisement network for Global Chinese domain.
Ms Chen obtained a Bachelor Degree in Foreign Languages & Literature from National Chung Cheng University and she has over 10 years experience in Internet industry.
