DYXnet’s global network infrastructure integrates state-of-the-art Internet Data Centres, well-equipped IP Call Centres, and a meshed network of POPs situated in 51* strategic cities across Asia, which collectively serve more than 700 highly developed cities in the region.
To ensure quality excellence, DYXnet is not only ISO9001 and ISO20000 accredited, but is also licensed as a Cisco Powered Network. DYXnet is also, as yet, the only Sino-foreign joint venture in China to operate IP Call Centres, Internet Data Centres and IP VPN services under official licences.

QoS-enabled IP Network
DYXnet is the recognized market leader among IP VPN services based on enhanced Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) technology. MPLS enables IP packets to travel in a 'switched' fashion directly over optical networks, overcoming the traditional problems associated with delivering large amounts of data, such as packet loss, network latency and transmission interruption or failure. By using enhanced MPLS technology to deliver IP VPNs, DYXnet helps deliver customer's mission-critical applications at Quality-of-Service (QoS) levels, and provides high performance traffic-management capabilities guaranteed by industry leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs), allowing reliable content hosting and protection from traffic surges during peak traffic hours and changes in Internet performance.
